Across the ever-expanding FinTech world, the need to pave the way for equal opportunities in the workplace couldn't be more prevalent, with top female leaders in UK FinTech citing a lack of industry recognition for their contribution (27%) and non-transparent promotion processes (25%) as particular challenges to career progression.

This calls for the FinTech landscape to continue striving to achieve gender parity in the workplace; championing diversity and inclusion methods can help FinTechs innovate by providing a broader range of perspectives to identify opportunities and create solutions for all types of customers.

In our next Wired-In webinar, Nadia Edwards-Dashti, Co-Founder and Chief Customer Officer at Harrington Starr, will draw upon the key findings from her widely successful book 'FinTech Women Walk the Talk' that contains insight from over 150 FinTech experts, more than 100 of which are women.

Nadia will uncover the following:

  • The state of play across the FinTech landscape
  • The actions companies and experts are taking to drive gender equality
  • The most impactful steps to take to remove barriers
  • How to instil confidence and be the driving force for change
